While at the BFI academy course at LFA, we made a short film called ‘The end’. It is written by Emer Daly and directed by Sherinne Ghoniem. It explores the idea that the audience only knows what they are shown and how someone can come to a different conclusion based on how something is portrayed, like how the fluorescent lights, desk-like table and formal clothing lead the audience to believe that these two people must be in a doctor’s office etc. This film is overall about the relationship between two people, Helen and Sarah. I was the Sound designer and Editor, and so I worked both on set and greatly in post production.
